Hudson Brewing Co.
Hudson Brewing started in the garage of proprietor, Will Thibeault, which just so happens to be the birth place one of our beers on tap, Proprietors Pale Ale. HBC remains as dedicated to serving the community and its history as those breweries long ago.
Old Klaverack Brewery
Located in the Town of Claverack just outside of Hudson, NY. They are the first brewery in the Town of Claverack in over 100 years!
Roe Jan Brewing Co.
They produce a rotating lineup of well-balanced beers, including traditional ales and lagers as well as trending styles such as IPAs and sours.
Suarez Family Brewery
They are a mom and pop production brewery specializing in ales of mixed fermentation, unfiltered lagers and other crispy little beers.

Hudson Chatham Winery
Hudson Chatham Winery is Columbia County's first winery starting in 2006. Historically the property began as a dairy farm founded in 1790's. The winery focuses on hybrid varieties ideal for growing in upstate New York. Grown on the 15 acre property is Seyval Blanc, Baco Noir, Chelois, Chambourcin, Dechanauc, Burdin and Le Colonel.
Tousey Winery
Located in the Hudson Valley, NY, they are a fresh, young family-owned winery.
